Are you interested in taking a soap making class? We have classes available online and in person. Our online melt and pour soap making classes will begin in August 2012 and run every month. Our classes are taught by experienced soap makers. You interact with your instructor each each and are given a series of soap making assignments. The class is interactive but you do not have to attend at a set time, only log in once a week. You can purchase the supplies with the class or buy the supplies separately and just purchase the class. After you register for your class a link will be sent to you to you can login with your other classmates.

Roy - I would like to try making bars of soap which are long lasting. My wife says I “go through” commercial brands of bar soap too swiftly, but I’m a big, “squeekly clean” kid of guy and I use up a bar of soap in just three or four showerings. Can you suggest a home-made, long-lasting soap recipe and how to make it? Many thanks for your kind response.
